Curiously I spent hardly any time thinking of what to name this blog, it came to me pretty instantly, and it feels totally 'appropriate'. The name encompasses what I hope to achieve, not just with my writing though, but deeper into my soul - to be laid bare; to be vulnerable, to write as honestly as I can (within healthy boundaries), to delve deeper, to discover more about myself than ever before.
I've reached a time in my life where I'm done with any pretence, with trying to fit in with how society would wish me to be. I choose to live as authentically as I can, it takes practice and I don't always get it right, but I do believe I'm following the correct path for myself, for my emotional and spiritual well being, and in turn I hope this will aid in sustaining me in my physical body.
The blog will have no set topics, I plan to write as and when it feels right to do so.
I hope people will enjoy and get something from it. My main desire is that I continue to grow, to find more inner peace, to learn as I write, and continue to live my life the very best way I can......
